Is Lunar Quest Bugged? I made the Lunar Quest(lost lambs) at least 8 times, and only got the Costume Super Dog..

 

It should be random, probably got "lucky" there.
 

The dog costume is giving a default +700 hp bonus. That wasn't in the description. Is it also restricted to february?

 

The increase in HP is intended, and yes it is not mentioned in the item's description, not sure why.
 

Also the meat healing is way less than 2018%. Is the +1 int on the Rose Corsage permanent also? I get that event related costumes should be special and stuff, but please don't make them more than cosmetic items. We finally got rid of that stupid Let it snow costume only to fall into the hands of the rose wearing doge >.>
 

 

The healing issue reported is noted for investigation.

We will verify with the staff on the Valentine Costume headgear stats if permanent or intended for the event's duration.

Ok so you remove the +1k HP cloud costume and give us a dog hat which does even more for woe.
