nope...my indonesian guildmates are also experiencing the same and some brazilians...even if thats the case its -_- unfair...they should at least credit back or give our investments back

all ok but still cant login ,,,,,Account or password is incorrect

its been almost 16-20 hours since i cant login it says wrong Passwords or username :hmm: . i already sent mail to the WP but still no answer and no solution.

its better if you can arranged so we can export our account to another ROJ Provider. :wall:

It has been brought to my attention ROJ login issue through a direct message.

 

I have spoken with the staff just earlier to look for an update on the situation, unfortunately, there is no ETA to provide as of this minute.

Rest assured ROJ team is looking into it.

pls make it faster! your just giving us idea to move to other provider.. your staff works very slow thats all. Holiday is not an excuse for this matter. we miss 2days and we miss lots of things especially daily job. we invest lots of money here! i guess no compensation at all......

paying thousands of dollars for a game that cant play, do not care to renew SSL in time, have excuses for delays, while in other providers they have no excuses and fast response times, and of course good planning to prevent from SSL expiration, if there is no ETA, is there an option to transfer our characters to the reliable provider? or are refunds being offered? where do the funds go to if is not to improve the game and keep this errors from happening?

unlike to other provider they have an event where you can get wing max lvl5.. if you top up... here all money talk no event what so ever

This Https is no longer in the website. But still it doesn't work. Same issue. Account or Password is Incorrect. Please give us something about what to expect. ONLY BECAUSE WE'VE INVESTED TOO MUCH IN THIS GAME!!!!!!!
