I died the other day doing FP dailies cause my armor broke. I revived using a blue spinel as I did not have divine protection active and didn't want to lose any mp. For some reason, it did not restore all the lost MP upon death. I'm still missing ~3k MP. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this same bug?

 

Character: PeachyLove ML40 SM

Location: CH7 Forgotten Payon @ rock khepri 

Time: 2/13/18 roughly 10:30 pst?

Item in question: Blue Spinel, Kafra item, mine have red bows on the top left of the icon

Lul the OCD is triggering you? The game is plague with small bugs like those, it has always been. Best thing to do is to report directly through the support page, but even if you do and get an answer that they are looking into it, don't expect it will be fixed. From my own experience, after years the same bugs are present in the game.

Its not a bug, mp cap is 90k for 40ml now and blue spinel won't recover overcapped mp (i wish it could tho)

As stated by KuroiKoneko the lost mastery points weren't given back to you upon resurrection through Blue Spinel since your mastery points are past the ML40 cap (90.000 mastery points).

Welcome back to ro2! You must have been gone for over a year!

They changed the MP requisites, caps, and prices from Jado and a couple of items from Dapara.

Blue spinel never recovers over your MP cap, which now is 10k on rank D, and it increases by 20k every ml finished by 0, ML40 being 90k (The formula would be (10 + truncate(ML/10)*20)k )

 

Right after ML rebalance, I tried to go to morroc fortress to take a peek, as my ml15 SM, with 35k. I got killed suddenly, and I tried to use blue spinel just to keep my MP, but it was just like a normal spinel.

 

After MP requeriments rebalance, they set it to not cost any MP on death, but this caused to be ML40 unnecesarily fearless, so they "fixed it" setting it to cost exactly all your MP. If you had 300k, you'd have 0 on death, and blue spinel would recover 90k.
