any real updates? kindly answer the questions:

 

1.) When will the servers be up and running back to normal?

2.) If not, what are your steps on giving back to those who invested time, effort and money?

3.) If there is no ETR, could you at least give us instructions or something concrete to hold on to?

alright got your replies.. a simple explanation would suffice the players. thank you for replying to my ticket..Guys server down due to Lunar New year..servers will be back to normal and we can continue playing. But no ETR.

Well other Provider also have almost 18 server and have also Lunar New Year event and all but they not down..excuse but no solutions...
