So every maintenance everybody's markets go down which is understandable, but still a bit annoying. For me it means I lose out on a night of selling items, and then I have this pressure to log on the next day just to re-open the market. And some weeks this happens multiple times. Just a minor inconvenience of mine, but I still wonder if it would be possible to  have shops that are up with offline time either not go down at all or be re-opened automatically once the maintenance is done and servers are back online.

This is technically impossible yet. After a server maintenance all servers are completely restarted and reset. Without the particular player logging in the server does not know about any open shop. Changing this would involve some hours of programming and testing and I simply don't currently have the time for that. I will write it down on the list of QoL updates for the future but unfortunately the priority for this will not be very high.

Another related thing, would be nice if just changing channels didn't close shops without offline duration.
