is this true for magical booster?

 

I can't confirm that yet but the item is missing its description, this will be attended throughout the week.

Though! It does have its effects as they should be working in game.

The demi human thing is getting fixed, the -3% vcast reduction on the Orb is working. For the latter, I'd suggest to join the Mage class subsection and inquire further there.
 

 

The staff has checked the script and concluded that due to Dragon Tail skill restriction, requiring the correct weapon for the proc is intended.
As for the proc when physically attacking, the script only states doing physical attacks, it does not mention skills. Note that, some procs may and may not proc with skills. It is how things are scripted.

 

Hmm this is disappointing. I don't see anyone would use Grenade Launcher as a main weapon given its low ASPD. I was hoping to use the DT proc with my pistols. :(

Greetings!
I would like to leave a note I noticed with my RK today. Well, with a combo of Storm Stone [1] + Gelerdria [3], I noticed a drop in the Max HP from my RK, about 469 HP. This occurs when I equip Storm Stone [1], that's a mediocre value, but it should be noted if it is a bug. I would like to know if it only happens to me or if I am reading the item description wrong and if it is a bug, I ask you to fix it, thank you!

For Rebellion's Scarf, it has been checked couple of times to be found as working as intended.

So the rebellion's scarf got nerf in our server ? Cause other server they will auto cast even using Gatling gun .

I was hoping to use pistol or Gatling gun and auto cast Dragon tail like this though . That's sucks . I reset my build just for this. I wonder which newbie gonna use low ass aspd grenade launcher to auto atk . And hope it trigger that 1% dragon tail .

I don't mean to sound rude , but are you guys sure it's the description error ? Not bug ?

Survivor's Circlet and Survivor's Orb

I should get vit +12 for +9 circlet and orb but I only get vit +8.

It might also mean that the other bonus is not working properly like

If Survivor's Circlet upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Additional Vit + 4
Reduces the variable casting time of skills by an additional 6%.
Reduces damage taken from Demi-Human race enemies by an additional 4%.

I noticed this morning, that the survivor orb + cloak of survival is not reducing the fixed cast. but it supposedly reduces 50% of the fixed cast, could some VMod bring that information to GMs?
and I'm sorry for resurrecting such an old post.

I'm using it I don't see any differences, it works fine on me.

Demi Human resistance bonus with Survivor's Set is not working properly. Should give 35% resist with the entire set (upgraded properly). Need to be fixed.

Tested against a naked Warlock with Recognized Spell/Chain Lightning in PvP. I've tested naked, with glorious armor/thara/feathers of protection + survivor's set (except the cape), and with survivor's set only (except the cape). With the entire survivor's set we should have 35% demi human resistance (30% without the cape). With the equipments i used, i should have 72% demi human resistance. I've send a Ticket with the test replay, can you check?

This should have been addressed in weekly maintenance August 16th.
Surv Orb and Surv Circlet bonus was missing at a certain refine level of the circlet which was affecting the VIT increase and demi human reduction, this was corrected.

Upon checking, there is nothing in the item script that reduces the HP.

Without Storm Stone, basic attack at 329

With Storm Stone, basic attack still at 329, no difference in atk or damage.

Not sure if I'm missing something, but I've noticed similar results with the atk +5% on Egir Ring [1].

I forgot to mention the bugs posted here and here should have been already resolved :)
