My VIP tokens already expired and my timer supposed to be refreshed w/in 20 hours but when I click the NPC for free token, it still says You're not VIP.

I claimed it yesterday, I manage to get 10 tokens. Today, they have all expired and I tried claiming it again.

 

Relogging and changing chars still gives me the same result and I can still claim tokens for my other chars that are claiming it for the first time.

 

On a non related note : the 10% server wide buff

 

Anyone tried claiming it a 2nd time on the same character and its successful?

VIP Services is being updated

• Once per 20 hrs VIP Characters above level 50 will be able to claim 10 VIP Tokens of Siegfried from the VIP services npc
  • Claimed tokens will last 24 Hrs and then disappear if not used.
  • This is on a per character basis
• Once per 20 hrs Mini VIP Characters above level 50 will be able to claim 10 VIP Tokens of Siegfried from the VIP services npc
  • Claimed tokens will last 9 Hrs and then disappear if not used.
  • This is on a per character basis

It is Saturday and almost 9 AM, be really difficult to fish for updates but will try.

We have already sent a notification to the staff about the report though.

Just wanted to note that this isn't a time-based issue, it's some sort of cooldown issue. A few minutes ago, I was able to grab Tokens on a char that hadn't ever claimed them. Any of my chars that have claimed them still can't.

 

This system came together <24 hours before maintenance due to a player suggestion, so some bugs are expected. Take your time and do it right, WP. ^^

At first. I recognize that when you claim the token it doesn't create a quest log. A quest log will help the npc determines the cd of the quest. If no quest log, the npc assumed that it's a one time claim like Santa npc in Pron fountain during the month of December.
