It has been four days of this bugged vip token exchange issue..
What is the solution here to resolve the issue? Dont really see any official updates from WP..

Later today mean Feb 19? Right?  Im just leaving a comment since I'm being affected too. And if I cant take a VIP Benefit being VIP, its scam for me. So, please do something and give the VIP players a compensation for the lose time. Its not like you will gift VIP time to us, right?

This issue led me to buy several Token of siegfried boxes in kafra shop, since I'm actually farming bio3 all day long.

 

I'm not the one (and never been) asking for any kind of compensation when things happen to go wrong but this time I'll be one of them.

Well, it looks like they're going to roll up to the next update, and they'll give you some compensation, as usual, or even that.

Playing without tokens is of course doable and that's what I've been doing since IRO was born.

 

I can still die in bio 3, re-spawn, refill HP, loose time and HE GUM walking to the dungeon again or loosing WPE using dungeon teleport scroll.

 

Tokens just make things easier and that's it.This item does exist and I don't see any concern to use it, if I don't abuse it.

 

I could ask you :

 

- " Why do you use a weapon, when you can kill a monster with bare hands ? " >> Weapons make things easier to kill, they do exist, why not use them.

 

- "Why do you consume +20 foods, miracle elixir and all other buffs available  ? " >> Same answer

 

So, I'm happy for those claiming that they can live without TOKENS. So do I, but when I'm farming maps with possible instant death situations when lag occurs, I'm glad I can rez with token.

 

Nowadays, with all the fuss caused by the abusers and the new merry badger system, using tokens seems to become something one can be blamed for....

 

Anyway, it is what it is and there is still no fix or announcement about the issue.

They fixed it last maintenance and the npc now gives you token + a quest cd.

I failed to get token because I have too many items in my inventory, although there are still some slots left. But what I wanna log a complaint is that VIP service doesn't want to give me token anymore. He just assume that I had the token. Perhaps this can be fix sometime in future maintenance?

It has been mentioned to the staff before, if the character's inventory is at the capacity; the items will not be added, at the same time the quest will be counted as "done". For now, please make sure that you have enough room before speaking with the NPC or any similar quest NPCs with rewards.
