saying that free players wont have even the one bank safe???

I truly hope not, this would cause free player to create storage toons, then storage toons would be declared illegal in a persuit to turn RRoR into a p2p game. I am a free players but I do buy from the item mall. I don't buy premium simply cuz I don't want to level so quickly, it is easy to level now. What is hard, is to collect gears and reinforce to a point that one can get the good drops, before leveling past the drop cap. Please let free players at least keep one bank storage spot.
If this will be the case, will we have the opportunity to get items out of the bank?

No that does not mean they are taking the bank storage. Free Will stay unchanged (I hope )

If I would base it from the patch notes, it seems that FREE users will no longer have access to Bank Storage. When this will be implemented, I have no information at this point. However I can confirm this: I've received word from the Requiem Team that FREE users should still be able to take out items from Bank Storage.
