it has been almost a year and the aeria account issue still hasnt been resolved

 

recieved a false hope that 1 of my main accounts got transferred with given instructions to change my password then again i would just end up with 

contacting support didnt even help

There was a problem communicating with the server.
Please try again later or contact customer support for help.

i know a lot of people with your problem and they never get help

 

most of the people leave cause of the same, is rly low interest in the comunity, i remember the GMs online and the forum more alive

now you have to kill someone to get an answer

its like WP dont even care as long there is money gain

sad

hope you fing another game xd

Same problem here.

 

I got my accounts transferred last Dec. but still can't play. Because of password change. Last ticket I sent was Feb 9.

The Aeria issue was complicated because of how abruptly Aeria stopped channeling RO2. Normally, we would prepare in advance for this sort of merge to make it as seamless as possible. In this case, it wasn't possible. 

 

The delay has been terribly long. We understand that and sincerely regret the time that it has taken. It is difficult to balance the need to verify each account, account owner, and maintain account integrity with the limited information we were given by Aeria while still making the process speedy. 

 

The good news...

 

As of this week, we've successfully merged most of the accounts that have opened tickets. There are a few accounts that have had issues, and the GM team is working with players to resolve them. Unfortunately, all AG users will need to open a ticket to reclaim their account. There will be no automation for this as the accounts must be verified manually and these steps require direct interaction with the GM handling the case.

If you have an open ticket regarding your Aeria account, please send me a forum message with your ticket number and I'll check its status for you.

this error though 1 of my accounts has been transferred before but i cant seem to change its password so i still cant access it until now the username seems to be working in game but cant fix the password atm it always gives me There was a problem communicating with the server.

I started my ticket back in aug 2017

 

I was a member of Rivendell, Walenstein and SEA though only for a short time. If you're from Gala maybe we have clashed back in woe or pvp. 

 

 

I got all my 4 accounts transferred last Dec 2017 but they all have the problem. Password change. 

Already reopened my ticket and waiting for response.  

I hope it can be fix now I'm dying to play again  :p_laugh:  :p_laugh:  :p_laugh:

I had a friend that was the same problem, have you tried to use FireFox or even Internet Explorer 9 / Edge? (It worked for him with the last one).

The password issue has been a separate problem that support is now prepared to resolve. I'll check the tickets that have been sent to me and will be able to check up on them with the GMs tomorrow.
