The Aeria issue was complicated because of how abruptly Aeria stopped channeling RO2. Normally, we would prepare in advance for this sort of merge to make it as seamless as possible. In this case, it wasn't possible.
The delay has been terribly long. We understand that and sincerely regret the time that it has taken. It is difficult to balance the need to verify each account, account owner, and maintain account integrity with the limited information we were given by Aeria while still making the process speedy.
The good news...
As of this week, we've successfully merged most of the accounts that have opened tickets. There are a few accounts that have had issues, and the GM team is working with players to resolve them. Unfortunately, all AG users will need to open a ticket to reclaim their account. There will be no automation for this as the accounts must be verified manually and these steps require direct interaction with the GM handling the case.
