I've been debating coming back, an event before trans release isn't a horrible idea. I do hope they don't implement it AFTER trans. They made that mistake on classic with dragon labs 2 weeks after trans released.

What is dragon labs?

buff to acidus spawn + a really op turn in quest which made you like 99/61 or in restart's case probably like 99/52

I think our exp on the server is fine. We already have so much buffs to EXP that leveling feels pretty fast. Promethean Crown + Wreath is 20%, then you got VIP buffs, and you can do HE battle manuals or Battle Manuals depending on how rich you are and level at overbuffed places like porcellios/juperos.

 

To me the fun in the game is the progress. Having to work for it. Maybe I'm in the minority there, but I'm kinda sad that the game right now is basically knight leech's at juperos once you hit 70 and being able to to get to 70 in an hour or two at porcellios depending on how efficient you are. 

 

Personally I would rather see them nerf Jupe/Porcellios slightly and buff some other places to where we have a reason to see more of the game. the game has some cool places that only bots go now because really you only grind to in a few places now. Its kind of lame. and EXP event or not you are still only going to jupe/porcellios. Once you can go to Jupe thats it. you stay there to 99. anywhere else just isn't worth it unless you are trying to make zeny.

im fine in p crown and i think i do great on juperos solo hitting venatu or dimik , if there is a exp mod good but if not its fine ...

An exp event BEFORE trans could help the last few players that didn't abuse of juperos the first week it was released  to reach lvl 99. It's perfectly fine for me, let everyone enjoy what you could enjoy in the past.

 

An exp event AFTER trans is released would be just a way to let ppl rush lvl 99 in 1 week and starting again to log in only during woe... NO EXP EVENT AFTER TRANS COME PLEASE

Juperos hasn't changed much since they increased the damage slightly, the idea that juperos was abused before the slight increase is laughable as it is easy for anyone to still do it, just costs slightly more supplies

Let me give an example, I've been spending a lot of time in jup. I've seen super novices, bards, dancers, sages, wizards, hunters, sins, blacksmiths, everything effectively leveling there in their own way. Knight leech unfortunately will continue to be the preferred method just because of game mechanics, but it isn't the only way. Like I said it just costs more supplies, and to add to that, requires more supply management and a greater understanding of what to bring and what not to bring and how to have a good mix of all the supplies. If I was to make a suggestion, I highly recommend beelz wing as it greatly increases what u can carry and reduces how often u need to go to rodex. And it can escape from danger faster than teleport

I wouldn't expect an exp event between now and trans patch.  With the current event, you can use the wreath/crown combo (yes, the exp bonuses stack) for +20% exp, which isn't far off from the Santa Poring costumes in Dec.

On topic, iRO is very generous when it comes to EXP and DROP events.

I wouldn't personally worry much about it at this point, specifically that they can be turned ON/OFF without the need to restart the servers.

 

I'd suggest to wait and keep an eye on the upcoming patch notes, it is where events of the same are announced.

NO plis the server is very very EASY to lvlup.

 

stop helping the big guilds, the only thing they want is to go to woe fast. when they get bored they will go. you are killing the game with those decisions.

Again, I bet those that are yelling: 'NO NO IT'S TOO EASY TO EXP' are those who already have 10 lvl 99/50  chars exped during the  1 month christmas exp event.

Well I have several 99 chars now, none of which which even existed during that event as I took a break during that. Only 1 99ed during the first week of jup, the rest since then. It's not hard to level currently. I expect to add 2-3 more before trans. An exp event right now really isn't needed

Edit: I wouldn't complain if we got one, as that means the 2-3 becomes 3-5 and fantastic more power to me. But everyone who still says it's hard or we can't get our "harder to level" Chars up are either lazy or doing it wrong, and I will say I'm pretty freakin lazy so u have to be realllllllllllllllly lazy to not get 99 at this point

I just popped 99 and that's just because I am lazy af. Wouldn't mind an exp event, since most of us are already tired of the game anyways until trans comes.
