Are cards in this server still 0.01%?
A old drop rate thread in the Technical section indicates 0.01 - 0.10 for card drop rate.
What is the calculation for drop rate with VIP and Bubble Gum?
Is it 0.01 x 2 (Bubble Gum) x 1.5 (VIP)?
