Is FA cast time fix or variable?

I tried putting it into strings of maestro but the cast is not much improved.

FA ignores target's def. cards .
IDK if it is Fixed cast time/ delay, or is it different in Renewal ?

BB,VE increases the stats. of ur FA by level.

The definition in iRO wiki says 1.5 cast time. Im not sure if its fixed or variable. It didn't improve even though I under Strings of Maestro..

temp DEX boots120 dex should do the trick and sacrement .. enjoy hihihi
for damage
every 2 INT =+50 damage fix
every 20 DEX =+50 damage fix

but in trans job you cant wear temp dex boots, its only for 3rd jobs. stats are of max 99 only

ahh yes you did not state trans job hehehe and 3rd job has FA too well anyways hehehe Secrament skill half the cast of FA (yes it is fix casting) but the the delay after use can be reduce by strings., and the damage i did is at max 9.8k only normal and 19k with lex.
it can goes up to 10k or 15k normal if i have all equips with darklord essence INT3 in all my gear slots and INT shadow type equip and costumes.
that is a fun build if you have those INT increasing items.

Yeah I boosted my int with INT stat equips. I plan to use it in woe te. But cast time did not improved much even under strings.
