And do they want 120 Dex for Temp Dex boots?

 

I never made a Doram and the guide says as follows:

 

Stat Amount Notes

STR 100~120 Base damage

AGI 1~100+ More than 1 means more flee rate and taking more advantage of Arclouze Dash

VIT 95+ For better survivability

INT 40+ Better SP pool

DEX 120+ For bonuses like Menblatt Card, Earthworm Charm

LUK 30+ When STR and DEX get expensive, spend points on LUK

 

Wich is very dare to tell depending on the equipment.

Man, the mob scarf fans sure make a fuss about it, as the description says if you aren't a class that relies on Matk or Critical damage, Tengu set is better. It shouldn't be that hard to see it, but the hype is so strong about mob scarf that this question is asked everywhere, sorry if i sounded rude.

you will use mob scarf only if you can have access to a kiel, or if the mob aspd is a huge deal for you (aka perma strings situation, at 193 aspd)

You use 120 dex for the accessories, not even the boots.

I have Kiel Sunnies on RK, but I hate EQ switching all the time.

 

Also RG looses Tengu cause of Imperial Feather / Royal Guard Necklace Combos.

I have seen a kiel card cat and its ridiciously strong (very very high DPS rate).

If you use more than one Kiel Card, then you would use a Mob Scarf assuming you used Sunglasses or Glasses as your middle headgear; in all other cases the Tengu Set is better. It's a case of hitting hard and fast or just hitting really hard.

The new OCP hat gives 100% cast delay reduction. So no need for mid kiel for doram I think.
