yes, but it's not very optimal for most ppl. Some will pull it off with a specific setup, but that's a very restricted scenario.

with the current setup that makes you able to get 200k Cluster Bomb ( the skill still sucks ;p )

 

with this boots, that 1M Cluster Bomb, tbh i kinda disappointed cause they chose this boots instead of FAS garment

 

but hey, my lab rat cant wait to test this

 

each cluster bomb does dmg  So like 600k~700k total right?

 

 

 

 

 

nothing to do with cluster bomb but was surprised to see double strafe and arrow shower comeback

but that 250k stand alone damage is low i think.

 

cause on my test before, i used a +12 valk knife with 4x cecil cards and having gears with int/dex bonuses + foods, maximum i can get is 170k with converter.

 

the other part of cluster bomb formula is melee, thats why using Bow is preferable than knife

due size modifier and ideally with high atk bow + slots, it is perfect.

the melee part is affected by converter, and cecil card does increase total damage.

 

so that 250k on jRO is very possible with iRO current gears, just using bow and some setup.

and with that boots,

 

possible for us to get 1M stand alone damage of Cluster Bomb using the new boots we will get later.
