Of the new items we have two were missing effect's from their descriptions. kRO said that they will deliver fix tonight (One they already delivered. The other were waiting on. It should be on Sakray tomorrow).

Affected Items were the

Antonio Drop
Gray Wing Boots

If it cannot reduce fix cast time of focused arrow strike, this skill still makes no sense, JRO has no fix cast time.

Nope, cause its not the suitable ocp item for FAS,

I know that garment, but it is still the problem, unless you have buff+dex timeboot+bio5 matk lv5 enhancement, too expensive  : (

Already tested it and it's extremely subpar. It does comparable dps to that of a genetic, and anyone farming bio5 on genetic enjoys watching paint dry.

I am not sure I understand this correctly:

Required level is 100. Which usually means 3rd class. Which usually meams Warg instead of Falcon. So is this part of the bonus practically useless? o.O

It is a sad boost for 3rd class; but, with that said there are situations where Falcon is better than Warg (for example Bakonawa where your Warg is only good for movement around the map).

I used Falcon until lv150, then I was kinda forced to switch to Warg for superior damage. Miss my trusty bird.

Wish I could use both. Or get the bird on par with the ugly wolf-thing in terms of DPS.

96%, you multiply the two 40%s together.
