Hi. I just tried it now and I see an option for 1000 IM points on Steam for both Trifri and Aeternum. Have you already made an IM points purchase within the day?

That may be the reason. From what I understand, there are restrictions in place for newer Steam accounts, where you can only buy $10 or 1000 IM Points per day. Please try again once 24 hours has passed.
