Yes, those were removed during the maintenance on February 28th
Let me quote the corresponding patch notes for you:
1 Day Premium items from Lunar New Year Weekend Premium issues compensation
- Will be removed
- For each of these accounts the following will be applied:
-- One 7 Day Premium item will be added to the Manage Items Area
The removal of those 1 Day Premium items continued after that maintenance.

Except for the ones that were in AH, they remained in the game when they were removed the ones from everyones bags.. those people made a killing off of them.. I had 2k, I sure wish I put mine in the AH too
