I'll never use it on my WLs. There's no way I'd give up on a lot of ASPD for a shield slot or something... It might be OK for Sunflower Boy's holders, but I won't get mine so soon unless I drop it, and I'm not doing that instance atm.

 

looks like another "mob scarf" box to me. the prices for the dress are crazy but no wonder its like a mvp card and for acid bomb even better...the only difference is you need mob scarf for magical class but u dont need the dress to make progress it just adds tonns of dmg and is also overkill

 

This. It's a dream item to have, but not a need. Those who can buy it without it being a huge sacrifice, should do it before the price catapults, though.

 

Mask should also take a dump on sapphire wrist in terms of CC damage for gene.

 

Because of the STR > INT exchange? Cool, if I get one, i'll try it.

It has replaced my Magician's Glove and Blacksmith's Glove on WL/GX.

Its pretty neat actually for WL, it revives 2-hand staff usage with 100% mdef pierce just from 90 base STR investment plus the mask and at least +8 Ordinary Black Magician Hat.

you can do that but it does not revive anything unless it's equippable with magi gloves. Damage will be less than what you can do with 1 handed staff + Shield with the current choices we have

but then you cant use celine combo with that 2 hand staff are a joke still only 2 hand staff worth getting besides GSOD is that JRO staff that increase hell inferno dmg sunflower boy is outclassed by a dagger

actually this is pretty similar with rate in jRO

 

S grade = 1%

 

what really happened before, WP randomly set the rate based on what player want

everything was so wrong, 

 

even Kirin Armor, it should be A grade, which is 5% rate,

Mob Scarf, Tengu, Cylinder are S grade, so does Enforcer Shoes, 

i hope from this box to the future box, WP consider to put the actual and balanced rate, you should not giving ocp item easily.

Does someone try to open OPC when attacking mobs? or auto attacking with highest max aspd on eggs?you know maybe if you are attacking at max speed while opening OPCs., your chance will be good on rare items. 1% is high on proc when your at high speed attacking. XD
