Wizards and Assassins have sucked since the beggining, but I think transclasses will kinda solve that... High Priests will still suck though

nope, 2nd classes wont change anything here. these 3 three classes (wiz, assa and priest (dunno why i forgot to mention it)) need HUGE buffs to be relevant on this server.

While we are all asking for favors, even though I know its probably impossible, I'd LOVE TO SEE SKILL REPLACEMENTS FOR THE UNUSEABLE PORTION OF THE ROGUE TREE.
Imo they should just remove "Remover" and "Piece" completely.
Disconnect "Double Strafe" and "Remove Trap" from "Vulture's Eye" and eachother, so all 3 skills can be taken individually.
Disconnect "Slyness" from the "Divest Shield" prerequisite.
Revert "Back Stab" to its first form where you could just use it on any target from any direction.
Increase the amount of 1st and 2nd class skills one can learn from "Indimidate" with the following:
Make "Hiding" grant a passive 5 second buff (Rogue class only) that allows you to use "Sightless Mind" for its duration even when unhidden.

Monster Drops and EXP Realignment
The goal is to make sure that we are using the correct EXP/Drops charts for monsters going into the trans update.
So what you're saying is, Juperos and Porcellios are going to be nerfed. Can we get a new list of the exp values for all the monsters as well as the new drop list when you have it?

Doesn't acid bomb do extra dmg on high hp tagets?
Don't know the stats but you bombed a high priest, do the same thing with a peco cls please (which are the prim targets for acid bomb in my opinion).

Okay. 3 seconds is too faster. Im a monk and i love to azura every 3 seconds but it gonna be bad. Set it in 5 seconds for azura, 0 for sp delay and 2 seconds global cast. This way we cant absorb right after azura we need to speed go away with speeds. Also we have time for absorb or agi down or pneuma. I think this could be the best config. For bombs just add a 2 seconds global delay or 1500. It should work.
P;S : For exp tables. We cant say any till release the information about rework on mobs exp/drops. I think the table is little high but. Is good to make people spend time on it. Wish to see more partys this way and less leechers+knights everywhere

yeah or this means. There would be more places to lvl up tham 2 maps. Is easy to see it from the ugly point when u only do 2 maps to reach 99. I preffer to lvl up in a plenty of places where i can get some drops. But now im stuck at venatus for idk all the time i play per day just to lvl up because didnt exist another place that face the experience. So yes i want a rework on exp/drop% from mobs so maybe we can go back to lvl up in bio2 or anubis or the other 200 maps that exist in the game

Reducing the down time to allow a quick turnaround for Guillotine Fist is a bad idea - that skill is too powerful for PVP/WOE/MVP. 10 seconds was fine as a minimum delay for another Guillotine Fist. I'm fine with giving monks/champions the ability to use other skills after 3 seconds.

Target's Vit increases AD Dmg that target has a total of 61Vit
Bios will target anyone that is a trouble for your team

Well 61 Vit for a WoE Char is pretty low.
Even my Wiz will be at around 90vit, Pecos are more or less all at 90+ vit, so try bombing one of them for the comparison.
