When the timer of new premium ends the text for "premium" in lower left corner of the screen does not disappear, this is supper missleading and you cant use the new one cause of this bug

Hi there! Yes, the Requiem Team is aware of this, and will be working to fix it, after the more important bugs and issues. For now, the workaround is to relog your character, and it should make the Premium indicator disappear, letting you use another Premium.

Yes, I am replying to this closed topic.

 

VMStrawberry, that workaround does not seem to resolve any issue with the Premium bug since I receive reports from players on a daily basis ingame that they still have the Premium displayed despite the fact it should have run out days ago.

Those players obviously relogged literally a couple dozen times already. They can not activate a new Premium. And of course, players who know they aren't even able to activate one will most likely not even purchase one.

 

So.......this should be fixed soon and not be delayed to after "more important" fixes.

Temporarily re-opening the thread to allow input from other users.

 

@VModPeppermint, would this be after the fact that the current Premium (the ones from the Item Mall) now only runs while the account is online? For example, I have a 3 Day Premium on my account. I am logged in straight for 2 days, then logged off during the 3rd. I log back in on the 4th day thinking my Premium should have expired already after the 3rd day, but in fact still has about a day before it does.

From what players report, they activated new style Premium (which only runs out if you are online) worth 1 day, stayed online for way more than 24 hours and still have the Premium displayed in the bottom left corner. So they are not able to activate a new Premium item.

In addition to that they do not get any bonuses and are not able to enter Premium Dungeon or use any additional/joint bank slots.

​anyway i still got unlimited premium gg :D after all this time still stupid of players to talk about this tho :D

​if they dident they would have premium without the team searching how it comes that they have premium  :heh:
