I haven't tested if I switch lower-headgear-costumes if it persists, but...

 

When I wear C:FCB and then unequip it, the cherry blossoms still fall. Doesn't get reset until I switch maps or Teleport. Just thought I'd add it to the long list of sprite bugs.
