Which is the best skill for damage?

Dps wise, with good equipment, RC still pretty strong. But MA has a lot of potential with the right setup of weapon /cards, fixed delay reductions, etc. It is very costly to get there but, it outdamages RC.

if you have billions to spare,
MA can reach higher potential than RC

if not, they are almost the same

i would suggest useing MA for the stun, blind and bleed effect on monsters. this is super useful in instances and hard maps

bio protector
miracle blue rose/gangster scarf
+9 deadly flame dragon armor
+11 AK thanatos katar
+7 enforcer shoes
+9 phreeoni wing/HBP for greed
pervese demon mask

imperial glove
malicious shadow set

im doing 45-60k at most mobs

What is high-end MA look like? Gear and damage wise. I love my RC but this interest me.

OBC ME3 <-- at mininum

 

when you have ME3, you probably realize cast delay is too long
so you seek kiel and dagger(drake)
& you want to boost your damage even more.
so +13 AR Str6 \ +9AbyssDress + PDM \ BSG \ G.Protect \ Meg
in any case, I'll still stick to HBP, love that bonus stats. perfect for GX

yes, any card you can put in the sunglasses, me i personally use maya purple card since i don't have the luxury to buy kiel card.

RC,CRS and MA build come up together since these builds are all str+dex based. Whenever I feel like using RC+CRS i use it. Or if I want to enjoy my no cast MA spam, I use MA instead. Depends on my mood. Both have amazingly good damage. It just depends to you which do you feel to use more often. An advantage of RC is that you can have burst damage right after your spins by using CRS to one shot most of the monsters or players.

 

The only separate build is crit DD/Katar since you will base your build to str+luk instead.

look for the maintenance thread when enforcer shoe was introduce.

Actually with my my setup I can spam 3-4 MA per second and pretty good aspd which will depend on your stats. You can replace 1 AK with Soheon card.

Is that likely to come here in iRO?

 

In summary, current MA is king for rich people right? Unless they throw in an absurd RC boosting equipment anytime soon?

I remember its 1% RC damage for every 10 levels, so at 175 thats only 17.5%

That makes it 35% if we can equip two of it

After I hit 175 with one of my GXes, I will try a 126 Luk build with high str but not 120, high agi, high vit, low dex. And see how well it fairs against my other builds.

I use both, i don't even have the gears to support ma, just enforcer shoes, it still fun to use. Especially when @level 100 gx.

If ur RC GX has 192 aspd and ur choice of Bako for 193 and 7% atk or Giant's Protection with GS for higher atk and 192 aspd
Does 192 and 193 make a difference for Rolling Cutter? and Damage wise which would be best?

If im not mistaken you'll hit max RC at 190 aspd. At 193 aspd you need a kiel to add extra RC to the current count. +

 

Or check out slyk's video where he tested it ages ago.

 

If you already hit 190 and above, just go for damage GP. unless you start adding aftercast delay and have perfect ping.
