It's always stopping on 2017-06-06_gm_data_s.rgz. I tried manually getting it from the archives and putting inside my ragnarok folder. But it still patches that file and giving an error.

For me it always stop at a certain time as well, it just shows an error message and its impossible to do anything with it.

It says "Ragnarok MFC ??? stopped working" or something, can't check the exact error because patching it again will drain my remaining subscription data.
One thing i noticed when patching that particular file, it's bigger on the patcher(170mb+) than on the archive(160mb-ish).

Since that's a metered connection, it is possible the files are not being downloaded correctly. If you can switch to normal connection for patching purposes it would help.
Saying that, I have uploaded the 2 files to Mediafire [link], see if you can download them without issues. Note that the file is big in size so take care with the connection type being in use.
