Talking about the ones gotten from the zodiac dungeon... So I've added one to my ring slot, but it doesn't increase my skill level. Yes I have tried relogging and re-equipping, and also my skill is currently at base level 3. I'm a summoner and the skill I'm trying to level up is air splash
