Note: Patch notes are subject to change.

This maintenance will basically only be a server restart. Patching the game will not be needed after the servers are back online.

Anyone know when is the Item mall sale event (the event in Cash shop) end? 

 

Also, does any on going event end after tomorrow's maintenance?

that a long one for a server basic server restart. o well gona play on my PS vita for now. i just got back from work and i tough it was ready, but not yet.

that a long one for a server basic server restart. o well gona play on my PS vita for now. i just got back from work and i tough it was ready, but not yet.


There was some OS updating that had to be done alongside the restart of servers. So that was where the extra time was from.

Guten tag Popcorn !

Hi I've an issue in my account,

 

when I want to play a particular character (let's say my Ninja with St.Patrick Set and last logged in POW) couldn't logged into the game..it keep stucked on the loading screen and suddenly it said "Server is not responding" 

 

I tried with my other character within same id, he's still  lv 3 on windia plain and I can log in into the game normally) while the other character with complete st.Pat's costume on POW couldn't login.

 

What should I do? I don't want to lose my character here and still want to play today and even so tomorrow as there will be weekend exp boost

did you try a different chanal. maybe there a bug in the zone you try to log in on a specific chanal

when I want to play a particular character (let's say my Ninja with St.Patrick Set and last logged in POW) couldn't logged into the game..it keep stucked on the loading screen and suddenly it said "Server is not responding" 

 

 

Please try the following: Download the two files from the links below

 

 
and then copy them into the Dragon Saga Installation -> Table folder (overwrite the old ones) and try if it works.

did you try a different chanal. maybe there a bug in the zone you try to log in on a specific chanal

(Took 6h to fully get the installation done. PC's age or slow connection, I'd think about the former. Or maybe the merging made it massively long, I'll just stop thinking.)

 

And now I'm in this exact situation:

I keep getting a message that says "client needs to be patched. Please patch client first." But i already patched the client then opened the game through the patcher. This happens after the character selection screen then the message shows while loading. Help please.

Dear GM, I am facing the same problem all over again,

 

I tried to login using my level 55 assassin in POW, after waiting in the loading screen, I couldn't get in even though I can login using another character within the same id

 

I have already download the file from your google drive and replace it, nothing happened

 

I have already uninstalled and re-installed the game, yet I couldn't login with my character again

 

What should I do? I waste my time like almost 6 hours waiting, and still couldn't play

 

This happened again after I put my St. Patrick costume in the pow

Re-Download the game

 

try different canal is the only 2 thing i can propose.

 

Last time did you remove the game completely before reinstalling it? If you have the game 2 time on your pc maybe you open the wrong one. i know that a possibility.

 

Just remove completely the game and try again if it doesn't work well only staff member will be able to help.

yeah, I checked my other character who has no st pat costume on them neither helga on them as well, it was okay.

I tried to change channel 1 2 3 and 4, still no avail

 

I have already uninstalled it perfectly (even tried to change my installation location) still couldn't login with that "Particular" character. 

 

 

As my last resort, I tried to uninstall and reinstalled it again  (3hours ago) and just now I've already finished patching,

 

Now I could login into the game with that particular character. I dunno whether there's a bug within the game or not but I keep facing the same problem since I wore St.Pat costume

 

Just now I removed all of St.Pat costume from my character..I hope I wouldn't face this same problem. If I would face the same problem in the future, I think it means it's time for me to say goodbye to El Grego 

 

Thanks mate, now going to sleep. Just wasted a day without leveling

Tomorrow is bonus exp day so would better to use it

What should I do?

I can play with my other character from the same id but I couldn't login with that 1 particular character

 

 

should I lend my ID to you? so you can check whether what I told you here a lie or not? because at first I thought it was St.Pat's fault (I found this problem after wearing one, therefore I thought it was his fault) but after throwing the costume away last night, I'm still stucked now.

I strongly recommend you do not provide your username through any means, as it is half the information required to hijack your account. And you do not want this to happen, I gather.
 
Do remove the second screenshot in each of your messages, and send a ticket to the support team, which will most likely be able to help more than we on the forum. Popcorn seems to have a few things on his plate.

 sure will do it then..currently I'm in the middle of re install the game and patching, if I still couldn't login, will definitely send the ticket
