That'd be 3m max each char.
You would have to make them roughly 66k

then add a new currency.
100 zeny = 1 whatever
this could actually be done but iRO is not in control to do stuff like this.
having a system like this
"zeny 2" is worth 1000 zeny
and "zeny 3" is worth 1000 zeny 2s
making it like copper silver gold just like in other mmos

i always tell my buyer to screenshot the trade. at least if they are scammed, you can use the SS to report to GM (which takes hundred years to solve)

As a brand new player, I don't typically have to worry about these high costing trades. But I do recognize that there is a problem. How is someone like myself ever going to be able to afford a 40bil zeny item when I'm struggling to make 50mil? The inflation of zeny is ridiculous and I think it has everything to do with the amount of bots that are free to roam and auto collect drops, and the amount of time this game has been up and running. Warcraft has had its share of inflation problems and has tried their best to counteract it with new systems that draw away from main game such as base building and stuff like that. The problem can't be easily solved. Gaiaonline used to implement a gold piece system and when their inflation problem set in (they are about as old as RO and WOW) they converted the currency into platinum pieces, and inflation is still on the rise. The problem is the free market society. What would be cool is if they added an auctioning system. Or even better, increase the drop rates for items. If you make it easier to find the items, you increase the supply and the demand will go down. a .02% chance of getting a card is a bit ridiculous.

It's less to do with bots and more to do with RMT.

what if the gm lower the zeny Generator in the server
lets look at magma dung 2 if you go farming there for about 15 min with gx you will get over 1.5m isnt that a bit to much for a game that have max of 2b
why dont you make the item sold to npc more less price than now like make them 10 times lower
for example crimson weapons you can sell thim for 35k that to much zeny in items make it lower by 10 times and so be sold for 3500 z
that will lower the zeny Generator in server by alot or even lower than 10 times
i know this idea not good for new player
but you can lower the zeny in every Character in the server by the same amount 10 times every Character
and i am sure this will be alot of work but that the best Solution i see right now
