Can I know what kind of problem are you experiencing why does the character transfer from account to account caused us to wait for almost 1 week already?

Hi,

 

We have been following up our request thru WP Support using this ticket number [Poring] but still we are not getting any response about this matter. The said request is for iRagnarok Online Thor Server. We have been patiently waiting for almost 1 week now.
