So after doing some testing on my LK, I noticed that Frenzy, while it does increase ASPD, doesn't stack with 2 Handed Quicken currently. Is this supposed to be the case in Renewal mechanics? If so I haven't been able to see any mention of it previously.

I've reported it in the Bug Thread, but it was suggested that I make a thread here as well to ask the community if this is supposed to be a bug or not.

So when testing 
170 with Muramasa and zerk -> 2HQ - > 181 -> Frenzy -> 181
170 with Muramasa and zerk -> Frenzy -> 181

168 with Claymore and zerk -> 2HQ -> 180 -> Frenzy -> 180
168 with Claymore and zerk -> Frenzy -> 181

TL;DR - Does Frenzy use the same +30% ASPD modifier as 2 HQ so that it won't stack in these mechanics or is this a bug?

If I remember correctly from Ashuckel explaining this on Discord the other day, Frenzy gives +30% aspd, 2HQ UP TO 30% aspd and yes - they don't stack.

Ok, that's good to know. Of course just went back to check the iRO wiki page and mouse over the ASPD and it shows "Does not stack with 2 Hand Quicken". I just didn't notice the mouse over text previously.

That sucks, that means I read it wrong way back when. I could've sworn the description read that it added 15 points of aspd, allowing us to hit 190 with low agi. I tested it the same way you did physotkm lol. Sucks really since it makes the skill useless in most pvp / woe instances.

Even if you know "when" to use it, if the people around you knows how to counter it, it's still useless.

this thread didn't talk about frenzy being used in PVP in the FIRST PLACE

 

i'm still living up with if you KNOW when to use it, then it's not USELESS
