Can you please describe the issue more?
When did this issue start? Are you using a new installed client? It is possible that your game client is not up to date.

hard to understand, but reinstall the game fresh and patch it brother
you're probably just missing some sprites or etc.
otherwise it might be a windows xp issue again? i dunno just trying to help
