Loss of mail items

The mail sent to my friend and the mailed item were not received by friends. This is the second time. The price of the first loss was relatively small, but the value of the second loss was 14000G. I hope you can help me find lost items. thank you all.

No one here on the forums is able to help you with this matter. Please submit a ticket to the support team telling some your character name, the character name of your friends and the date it happened.

Hi mixiu! You will need to wait for a Support personnel to reply to your ticket. What you received is an automated response telling you that someone will get back to you. Keep the ticket number handy, but do not post it here on the forums. You can use that to check for their reply on the Support Page, if you don't get one directly on your email. Hope it gets resolved soon!
