if any,  iRO can modify anything they want,  like Valkyrie's Drop the final version reduces fixed cast time of AB skills by 50%.

should be Oratio right ? 

 

so when OCP came to iRO, it will be iRO version and iRO has right to do that ( modify etc ) .

It was not possible to target the skill with the reduction in the script of Valk Drop, so they toggled it for the class type.

So it really depends, can't answer yes or no.

as jRO description states "Not absolutely broken", so its fine. XD Correct translation for "Zettai ni kowarenai" would be "Will never break".

For the effect translation, it says that it ignores size penalty if you would translate it correctly. "武器ダメージの 

ペナルティが発生しない" buki damage no penalty ga hassei shinai

so i guess they couldn't put in the drake effect for spartacus and decided to go for +100% damage to all sizes instead? (quite different/fantastic? results)

wonder if they also intended to replace every other sura weapon;

oh wait...many other OCP items do the same, haha what am i thinking

I never realized Spartacus was THIS mighty; gonna have to try to +10 mine. ^^
