Good evening!
As title says I tried converting my WP into Item Mall Points in Rose Online, but the points have not yet appeared in game even though it says on my WarpPortal account that I have 1750 points. Is it normal with a delay or am I doing something wrong here?

From my experience, you should receive the Item Mall points in-game as soon as you convert them on the website. I suggest for you to send a ticket to Support so they can help check that for you.

Hi!

 

The first time you purchase WPE, your payment method has to be verified so that first transaction is never actually put through. You will receive an email telling you when the payment method has been approved. When that happens, you will need to go back and redo the transaction.  The points will appear on your account in the game almost immediately and you will never have that delay again unless you change your payment method.

 

Be sure to check your spam folder in case the reply from support was misdirected as spam.  Generally the verification process does not take longer than 24 hours.
