I just tried the instance a few minutes ago and used up all my tokens.

 

165 gx

 

I was doing 7K damage with EDP.

 

When her HP was low, she just kept wrecking me over and over again.

 

Used about 1200 Ren pots and 10 Ygg Seeds but failed completely.

 

I've watched a few videos and someone was using Mild Wind. What's that for?

 

I don't have VI or Hallu yet because I don't know if I should be built as MA or RC and confused with Skill Builds. There's so many points to use the Enforcer Shoes so I am not sure if that's worth it.

She seems to use a skill that makes my pots heal so bad.

IIRC, attack computation have 3 parts.

Mild wind-fire enchant the 1st part thus will make sure you deal 100% because of ghost 2-4element vs. neutral penalty.

The enchant poison affects only the 2nd and 3rd part which makes you deal 100% depending if you use Venom Impression debuff. 

 

 

Celine have 400 defense that makes her skin tough. GXs deal most damage when equipped with BSG[1] or PDM[1] because of def penetration.

 

That abys dress alone will be enough if it's not +7-9 and your Katar to be +9 as well and carded with Abysmal Knight

 

Also, if you don't have Deviling. Just back slide or kite her to avoid her berserk mode. Beware that she cannot leave the square, else she'll heal.

Are you hitting her with neutral element? She's ghost type

Put Deluge with Pororoca Shoes and use Water Mild Wind from +7 Scorpio Crown.

By this way, you can hit 120% on Ghost element.

 

And the reason you died is Celine Kimi's skill called Max Pain.

She casts it with long cast bar and turns into yellow.

With it she reflects 100% of your attack.

its to endow the status attack, which is the first attack number shown on stats window

You can use this stats build for example lv 165

Enforcer shoes is very useful even if you dont use MA, with maxed CS and WC you get 20% atk, and 20% def bypass, which works great for high-def MVP like kimi. Also combined with Perverse Demon Mask, with 72 luk you got 60% def bypass. With shoes+mask, you get 80% def bypass, which will surely increase your damage by a lot.

MA shines the most when you are dual wielding, so if you plan to stick with Katar you might as well just go for RC build. You can still utilize your Enforcer shoes ( +20% atk, 20% def bypass) while RCing just by picking the skills to activate the bonuses, just refer to what Sir YongkySH mentioned.   If you haven't used your Free Mesmerist Reset (this is just given once) you can just reset if you don't like your build.

If you can avail a Fortune Sword (+20 Pdodge) and and Alice/Teddy Bear Shield use them to tank Kimi while she's on Max Pain or Berserk Mode. This is what I do to survive her rampage for that period

I missed that you have Phreeoni Wings, in that case then you can reduce DEX and put more stats in AGI and LUK, try LUK 90 or 108. Or just use Blacksmith Glove if you dont want to put stats in LUK

 

If you lack skill points, you can subtract skill points from New Poison Research

I always use Weapon Block when Kimi is at low HP and starts raging... it works

+1 Deluge and Scorpio Crown, just don’t forget to remove your weapon after Mild Wind procs, wear it again and cast Enchant Poison so Venom Impression can work too
