Checked the calendar and it's supposed to be a bug fixing session. Oh well let's hope for the best

Sakray restarted with about 300 small fixes and updates. (Most of these quest script related)

 

Overall

• quest text updated to clean up the dialog
• Several quests were fixed during testing and will now allow progression
• Fixed an odd issue where users were getting Sign Quest logs while doing the new quests

it is not, only Healing skills, 

Seraphim gives negative effect of cast time, while the feather gives the positive, 

 

wearing both will nullify the casting time effect, however only for healing skills

cause when you use the set, you will see significant reduction of your casting speed.

 

Seraphim penalty => increase casting speed of healing skills

Set effect => reduce casting speed of all skills.

AK HH damage is pretty similar with 2HH but its just can go to 320kish

i just tested with Dust Fire, Slug Shot can go to 4m , means potentially it can go to 7-9m with new setup, AB and Striking
( where is the enchant ? )

while with Death Fire, 2m area is difficult to get.
