Hello, I am new to the game but, I got to Job lv. 10, Base lv. 10 then spoke to The TaeKwon Girl in the academy who ported me to payton forest. I then traveled west into payton village, found pheonix by the forgers and he tells me to come back when im Job lv. 9 or above everytime... help?
