so guys, trying to get back to the game with some friends.. But when i try to create a ragnarok: restart account it says im not allowed to see the content.. any help?

I believe RE:START has several region blocks from making accounts due to licensing restrictions. Which region are you attempting to register from?

Create a Rose account and then try again, that should work.

You need to use a compatible web explorer, try internet explorer, it's the one i tend to use.
