I hear that the game no longer block Vietnam Ip, is that real? And if it real then why i can't resigter a new account? And if can, someone pl create a new account for me?
Is the game open for Vietnam?

You need create the account for your own.
Not sure about Vietnam but some countries are blocked for policy or no have signal enough to play in good conditions.
Anyway i hope you try join in another WarpPortal games.
