How do you get to Trans Class in Sakray?

I am tying to follow the normal job progression from Novice>2nd job> High Novice> Trans, the problem is I can't change to High Novice and the option for Trans class isn't available.

I need to be able to Trans to get Preserve skill.

 

 

This is my first time in Sakray. Thanks

after hitting 99/50 on a 2nd class character you talk to the exp npc go to novice then select high novice.

And make sure you have 0 weight.
