I've lost some of my items today. checked all my accounts and its nowhere to be found. The hell mang?! More importantly my +10 Valentine hat is gone....... whats going on!?!? EXPLAIN THIS GMS...

For issues related to lost items/accounts, please contact the GM staff by sending in a support ticket.
They are better equipped to look into said concern.

Quick Guidelines:
- Click on Submit a Ticket.
- Choose Ragnarok Online from Department, click next.
- Choose Type of Ticket: Item related issues.
- Fill in the rest of the data accordingly, make sure to use a valid and active email as the GM staff will use it to communicate with you.
Once all done, submit the ticket. You will receive a ticket number in email to confirm that your ticket was correctly sent, be patient as the GM staff investigates your case.
