Can I buy stuff from the kafra shop and sell THOSE? I see a lot selling neuralizers or whatever they're called. As far as I know you can only get them in the cash shop.

Yeah, that's legal. Selling cash shop items is fine.

Selling/Vending Kafra items is perfectly legal.

Game items for zeny (game currency) and zeny for game items are definitely legal. While game items for not game currency and not game currency for game items is illegal.

new player? I'd just sell WPE, but beware of scams (zeny first and be trustworthy)

never give zeny first for WPE, i have never done that on chaos server and ive bought many times code 1st always.

 

in restart there was a surge of people asking zeny first and cheating you without a code.

always get the code 1st if you buy WPE, zeny first if the person selling has a open view on thier main char can msg you there and has expensive enough equips not to rip you.

if you cant open your view and show them expensive gears you wont get zeny first from me and most buyers

You do realize that zeny in-game has a better safety net compared to WPE right? You can always get it back via ticket if you get scammed. Not so for much WPE.

You can? I thought they just ban the scammer without returning back the zeny/items.

I've never traded with WPE so I can't confirm on that specific aspect. But since zeny is an in-game currency, the support staff will most likely give you the items/zeny back as you were scammed. If they don't do that, escalate the ticket or PM Cinnamon here with the ticket # so that they can have Astra or someone else look into it.

I did trade WPE and it's always zeny first.

 

you're right about the ticket part for the zeny vs the WPE (which I never really tried)

 

I don't sell to code first guys anyway. I knew a huge amount of people getting scammed that way.

Yes you can, I'd also funding my chars with selling KP (cash item to zeny) if you're desperately need zeny vend your items bit lower than average price (check ragial average price) or do buy on demand check Eden pub chat since you can save up KP for yourself later. 

 

 

Sometime I tempted to sell WPE because the rates but too afraid to get scammed.
