Is Enforcer's Cape fixed and is it a good investment at +9?

 

Would it be only for MA type GX?

not fixed yet, still missing some effects

 

not a good investment with soaring Enriched prices

 

might want to take a look at YSF01 Manteau instead, when worn alone (lower than 125 VIT) at +13 gives -7% cast delay, and when worn together with YSF01 Plate gives -20% cast delay

 

or just use HBP/FAW
