It suppose to be a NPC on Verus04 164/218. It will give you the suit and wing and reactos for metal scrap and fuel tank.
metal scrap and fuel tank are dropped by verus mobs and charleston mobs, as well as finishing charleston instance.
now...the NPC is not there. I am not sure if those scrap/fuel item is implemented here as well.

I don't see any Excellion in Sakray, it wasn't implemented so i assumed it wasn't implemented on renewal

the only way to acquire Excellion is by quest to trade it in NPC, and so does the enchant : Reactor Str etc etc

Yeah, we established this on Discord, but the items themselves; well the armor and garment DO exist now, just not attainable yet. Hopefully by next week good things will happen.
