Resolved: Instance Creation Bug

-With this update kRO configured several instances to always be paired with the Prontera Map. Due to this only that zone was accepting instances for creation and this was preventing users from booking Nidhoggurs and the new 16.2 Instances. On 4/19 we will remove this pairing so that these instances will be spread out again.

Name of item/quest with issue: Take flowers to tree for Ericson Alder (one of the daily quests in the Rebel Base)
Type of Issue (choose): Quest Bug
Describe the issue: NPC does not spawn -- you get the quest, but when you go to the tree where the flower girl is, she does not spawn there.

Location (if applicable): Einbroch, south of the tower where there's a tree with a sign post on it. 

 

 

So one of the daily(?) quests in the rebel base seems to be bugged. The one where you are to put flowers by a tree given by Ericson Alder -- the NPC flower girl never spawns. Rest worked fine. 

 

She failed to spawn for myself and 3 of my guild mates, so I can only assume it's bugged for everyone.

Describe the issue: When you visit the Werner laboratory the 2nd time, if you choose the replay story it should leave an npc behind when seyren disappears to trigger the fight. However you just get warped out of the room making it impossible to fight him.

I think... but I am not 100% sure of this, but I think you get a chance to fight either YSF01 or Cutie at random. I fought Cutie today, we will find out tomorrow if it changes or not but I suspect it's RNG for a chance to fight Seyren OVER Cutie.

I will keep a look out then in the next few days. So far I've done the instance with three characters today and no dice.

I am looking into the instancing issue. So far there seems to be no standard reason to it. Just sometimes players can open instances.

Also having this issue, got into central laboratory fine just a while ago.

How about thor's heart hunter instance? Been tryin for 3 days now , still Failed to create memorial dungeon

Server Chaos tried after 5-6 hours changed party/party memebers still unable to do the instance

Noticed this among a few other oddities that only happen when other players are are nearby. I don't think it's causing any real problems but it is kinda weird.
