Last week I've sent a ticket looking for an update on the whole situation and the only "response" the support gave me was my ticket being closed due to the delay on their response.
I've heard nothing about it since my last (answered) ticket on January 18th, and the person from the support team even wrote: "As always, we'll give you frequent updates on the progress of this migration, we ask only for your extended patience and understanding". Well, 3 months have passed and my patience is nearing it's end. Also, where's the so called "frequent updates" from you guys?
It's actually frustrating not having access to our accounts due to a bug in the password change system. And yes, I already created another account on Warpportal to continue playing the game, but that doesn't change the fact that I've lost access to an account with a lot of leveled up characters and a considerable amount of money spent. It's my right to know what's going on.
