Im thinking for solo-ing in Scaraba dungeons until i read 150 so im looking to invest for best and suitable gears for my class.

I am currently using Fire converters to make my dps higher and also is planning to buy a Gaia Shield for better survivability. Is there any other items/gears worth using to increase my efficiency at leveling in this dungeon? Any suggesstions will be appriciated.

fire crimson lance (the two hand wep) w 2 caramel card should oneshot them at around +8~   w overbrand

Gaia is too expensive for itself. Its great but definitely not worth current price tag imo. If I were you, I would just get a +0 bunny or +9 if possible, +12 is not really needed if you wont use OB/MS. Also if you will use Imperial glove, no need to  get +12 bunny. If you have fund, get your spear to +12.

 

EDA is a nice add up. It will always be useful. Seeing how you have Int only 10. Do you often use SP items to keep up? Seeing how you use Imperial glove, do you also use OB too? If so, ok stick with the glove to have your skill un-interrupted.

 

Another option as Leon already said, Fire crimson lance will be another good candidate.  The higher refinement, the better.

You can probably buy an octopus hat and refine it to +7 fresh fish + some vit = cheap pots

Crimson Spear [fire] and EDA might definitely be a good idea so i will have those to my next items to get. There is noone yet who sells high refined imperial spear so i might pass it for now. Not sure about Mad bunny but i got a friend to lend me his Gaia Shield and it seems to be a great addition. Thanks alot!

 

One question, is Crimson Spear better with Crimson lance? i will not be able to use shield spell with Crimson lance since its twohanded

Try Slotted Gelerdria + Storm Stone which is recent New World Insecticide Weapons even for RG

 

(Slay All Kind of Scarabs with ease except Goldie due to extreme stone skin, Menblatt, Dolomedes, Angra Mantis, Pom Spider, Centipede and its Larvae)

my +9 Gelerdria 2AKs 1Skel Worker + Storm do 430k Cannon on Chen, Howard & the Archers.

my +14 Imp Spear AK + Imp Ring do 230k Cannon on Seyren, Randell, Flamel.

Both with +12 Old Casket and 100% hard def pierce.

just wanted to point out the difference in canon spear damage between the two weapons.

its weird how the gelerdria set up doubles the damage of the imperial setup while being almost identical in VP damage.

Just compared my VP to CS, CS did 37k dmg while VP did 31k. I might stay with CS leveling for awhile
