The in-game description says:

INT+1, after using skill Reduce Skill Interval by 5%.

 

while in db.irowiki.org:

Reduces the variable cast time of skills by 5%.

 

Which one is correct? i am confused right now

詠唱 (eishou) translates to "Aria" according to my Japanese knowledge/ability/Rikaikun. We see that in the Isilia Card Prefix, which reduces VCT.
時間 (jikan) means time
