Some weird things are ocurring like:
1º Once i insert my password and hit enter it just keeps on the "connecting screen".
2º Sometimes it goes further and displays the character screen but when i pick one it just keeps connecting until it gives me a failed to connect error.
PS: Last time i was online, i went to eden to get a teleport to lighthalzen on my merchant, but it just kept loading so i alt+f4 and now its givin me this..
What should i do? did anyone here had this problem before?

Having the same issue, and if i manage to log on any character i can't even go through a portal that my game starts to loading forever....

Note that sprite edits to change a character appearance are strictly not allowed (e.g jRO sprites), please change it.
I'm not using that sprite for about 1 or 2 months now, started to get annoying.
Removed it 2-3 days after i took the screenshot actually
Also, that sounds like a silly policy, since you guys can't control it *effectively* if the person doesn't give away the shes using it.. but anyway

Yesterday and today number of users reported issues with logging to game and disconnections upon map change.
When checking in game, the issue could not be replicated.
As mentioned by Axylus likely a connection hiccup.

Well it depends, if my days of VIP gets compensated later i'm okay with waiting 3-5-10 days or more.
I called my ISP and they told me theres nothing wrong with my connection, then it means that the problem is actually on the server.
and some of my latin american friends are also having this issue.
With that said, i'll patiently wait for the fix, thanks again, Cinnamon! have a nice day.

I'm having the same problem. Got DCed yesterday at Central Laboratory and now I can't log in...
Most of time I'm getting "Failed to Connect, sometimes I can connect to server but it's instant DC when choosing char...

Yeah, same problem since yesterday, with 2 different PCs in 2 different cities. Also from South America.
I sent a ticket today, hoping for the fix as soon as possible.
I'm losing VIP time and the 50% exp bonus from Chaos >.>

Hi Cinnamon, I'm not a very knowledged person, but it seems to me that someone is testing region lock, or someone made a mistake with region lock.
edit: today I've experienced something different, I've logged with my main account normally, made some tests taking various portals and warps,it worked as intended. But then I've logged with my alt account with dual client and boom, freeze in the first portal. And now I cant login again with any account.

We have not been informed of any region blocking going on other than the one announced a while ago which is on account registration only.
I doubt region block would behave in this manner anyway.
Assuming users are connecting from ISPs such as Movistar and VIVO then, this is not the first time it happens, see this old report.

The reason remains unknown for both incidents, could be a re-routing issue, telecommunication disputes, etc.. In which usually and normally are resolved on their own after some time.
From a user's end, sending logs to the GM staff will help, from there they will do their best and forward the logs to concerned stations.
As a short term solution, consider using VPN/Proxy to connect to game servers.

Hi, I´ve been having the same Issue
Just got back to the game after a couple of years, invested on some vip and then since last maintnance Im unable to logging/change chars propperly, Im from Central America, it just seems like a lot of ppl from this region have the same problem, I just hope it can be solved fast and maybe the ppl that reported it trough ticket would have their vip time compensation

Having the same Issue,and it happens in the same day i convinced 3 friends to start to play this server saying how he is "no disconnected every time" and very "fun" is the Law of Murphy again.....

Perhaps you shouldn't have told them just half of the truth.
In the matter of "Server Disconnection" iRO really is the best, but it isn't perfect, so it's your fault little buddy
