I'm having the same problem now and I was in ET... I think my strings got stucked in the instance ._ . but I can't log in, having the same "failed to connect to server" problem. 

 

Is the first time in my life this happens and I'm playing 3 years ago !

Yeah, I use Vivo Fibra as well.
I've read all that old thread, but couldnt find the real solution.
Is there anything we can do to help find a solution?


You could report the problem to your internet service provider (ISP). You should state that your computer is unable to maintain a TCP connection to the servers with the following addresses:

128.241.92.130:4500
128.241.92.130:4502
128.241.92.162:6800

Ola jogadores, estou tendo o mesmo problema aqui " BRAZIL ".

Ja fiz alteraçoes no DHCP e estatico DHCP mais nao consegui nenhum progresso.

Se acharem a soluçao?????????????

Alguem que tenha mais conhecimento sobre redes consegue fazer algo que conecte direto com os ips do IRO??

 

Gostaria de saber se junto com este problema voces conseguirao identificar outro como:
Ao utilizar o navegador "chrome" perceberao que no primeiro acesso demora entre 15s com a MSG de download de PROXY???

Have you tried using a free VPN such as ProtonVPN, TunnelBear, or Windscribe?

TunnelBear makes the conection possible but it isn't a solution, I'd have to ask if the error will be or could be fixed

No it isn't. I have Vivo Fibra internet provider and it's the same problem. 

 

And why the problem is with the internet provider? it was ragnarok update that put things out of balance, everything was working fine. So, as mentioned above, we want the solution. Today the error is with these internet providers, and what about tomorrow? they have to fix the problem, period.

So, outta nowhere the game just started working right now.
The patcher downloaded something and it worked.
Only thing i did was reinstall the game and manually download the patch files from the "Common Problems" thread.
I won't say it was the fix because i did it yesterday and the game started working today.. it won't hurt to try tho
@Edit, nevermind, after 4 portals it just happened again... FFS!!

Holi administration gentlemen, please solve this problem, in my country we use Movistar, we call the company to try to explain our problem, but they care about 3 peppers, we have vip and we invest a lot of money and time in this game that we like so much , if you can please see a solution that does not go: Movistar is to blame, it would be very cool. Thank you.

So, been playing for 2 hours now, no problems at all, looks like it's gone, atleast for me.
Dindu anything tho..
Just came back on it's own, i wonder if my wasted VIP days will be reimbursed ...

If you are attempting to connect to Chaos server then, currently it is undergoing emergency maintenance, please refer to this post for updates.

at least for me its going even worse, yesterday I was able to log in after several tries so, I ended up just leaving the chars in the map even if I was afk so they wouldnt get dced, not a solution at all, but at least allowed me to play a bit.

 

today I can get as far as server selection and wont load further than than even tough there seems to be 1.5k ppl already in the server ( I dont know if that maintnance its just affecting the logging and not the entire game tough)

I'm connected to the game now. Not sure though if the problem fixed itself or it's because I added the 128.241.93.13 playragnarok.com to my hosts file and flushed the dns cache

Server was having issues, it is back up now.
