Which dungeon then? I'm confused, they are so cheap on kRO( even for kRO's zeny, it's like 100k each), if they are not from NPC and not for heart hunters, how  can we get them? ._.

why would you buy Tempest for 2m from NPC then sell to people 200k ?

Yeah, makes sense but who knows if it's both npc and drop LUL, jk.

I would just like to see any kind of sign that the staff even knows what they are implementing.

 

16.2 released -> Players translate sites and post vids so people know what is contained in it.

 

16.2 drops table released -> Players have to point out what is wrong in it.

rather than you waste your time searching on what monster drops rebellion weapon

and making us waiting for too long.

 

i have suggestion,

put all rebellion weapons in NPC

 

and for the price, make it twice or thrice more expensive than prev weapon

 

Burning Rose price is from Tempest x 2

Dust Fire price is from Death Fire x 2

 

etc.

 

So you can focus on other things , like YSF monster and Excellion set.

i also think everyone here will be agree with that

I guess their price is cheap because of the recently introduction of Rockridge calf series.

Can you please link where it says they from from NPC?
So far I have 2 references with 2 different answers, one it states they come from instance mobs (Heart Soldiers), the other is rather vague and claims the items do not come as a drop.
We need staff verification anyway on the matter.

I never said its from NPC, i said easier if we just add it in NPC, rather than searching for the monster that drops the item.

According to KRO patch note on 2016 May 25th

It said new 5 guns drop from mobs in Heart Hunter military bases and the memorial dungeon and they can be enchanted at Malangdo.

Avenger Claymore : 90% damage to player , -30% damage from player, nullifies Cast Delay. ( -100% )

It doesn't matter how much damage jro gives their player, they nullify it with -% damage from player as well xD.

 

You see 90% increase damage to player but then you can stack -100% damage from player easily there. 

 

There's a cap on player's resistance?

 

So... how do we get the new guns?

The Avenger weapons basically reduce the damage of two-handed glorious weapons but give you the equivalent of a cranial effect and some side benefits. 

 

They only really apply to two-handed KVM weapons if I'm not mistaken.
